The 1890 Williams House Inn celebrates a long history of hospitality, and we look forward to sharing our joyous home with you. Dr. A.U. Williams, a prominent physician and businessman built this exquisite Arkansas estate, where four generations of his family lived. In fact, 1890 Williams House Inn was the first bed and breakfast in the state of Arkansas, established in 1980. The home continues to welcome travelers today; we invite you to come into our parlor for refreshments and good conversation, sharing in the history and hospitality.
The 1890 Williams House Inn is the historic-district's jewel which showcases beautiful woodwork and architectural detail. The Main House has 5,000 sq. feet of elegance & charm with six extra large guest rooms and the Carriage House, located just steps away from the Main House, has 2,000 sq ft and three extra large guest rooms.
All of our guest rooms include a private bathroom with shower, double person jetted tubs, fireplace, sitting area, king or queen bed, robes, cable TV and VCR/DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, CD stereo player, Wi-Fi access, radio alarm clock, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, ceiling fans, and organic bath amenities. We will freshen your room each morning so that you return from your day in the Spa City to a freshly made bed.

Two to twenty-five guests with each event customized to your wishes. Wedding coordinator to assist in the planning and on your wedding day. Minister, photographer, bakery and florist all coordinated through the Inn, if desired. On-site catering available and also able to bring in caterer to utilized Inn's facilities.
Receptions can range from champagne and cake, to more elaborate appetizer buffets, either inside the dining room or outside by the gazebo or on the main veranda.

When booking online: after choosing your two night stay, in the Guest Information form, the section titled: Food Restrictions/Special needs, please remark "End of Summer". Once the staff has reviewed your reservation, you will receive a new confirmation showing your new room rates and balance due.
